The Email went something like this...and addressed to the negotiator...the supervisor and the CEO! I have many people I have to answer to and we have complied with every request that has been made...and still no answer! Understand that right now this property is off the market..because as a real estate agent I must abide by Florida Real Estate Laws and time lines do matter. Once a contract is submitted and signed by both parties we cannot take any other contracts...until we work through this one. We real estate agents are pretty good at assisting buyers and sellers to stay focused … (15 comments)

As of today in our Daytona Beach Board MLS there are 9246 Active Listings. The buyers are out there, while taking their time and really shopping for their dream homes, sellers are getting impatient, some reducing prices while other's just sit and wait and wait! You see I am a firm believer NEVER take Overpriced Listings unless you have written a condition to the listing agreement that a market adjustment will take place by __/__/2007.
