short sale success: It Aint Over til the Fat Lady Sings!..Shortsales..Be Persistant and Relentless.... - 11/08/07 07:32 AM

We have had a short sale in progress for months now. I was handed the file 2 weeks ago to get Er done! This short sale has had many bumps in the road.
It doesn't matter to me, my job is to get it done! After-all, our company is handling both the buyer and seller...A very nice commission....I call it a holiday bonus...no one expects this baby to close.
Now mind you the buyer was a referral from the loan officer....was approved just needed a sales contract....that's right...a ready willing and able buyer...a buyer with money...with good credit....But the timing was off … (14 comments)
