Most people send generic greetings for various holidays or a generic personalized news letter that really isn't personalized...a form letter with a name hand written at the top.  Often times in this generic personalized newsletter..the words sending you a personal note seems to be part of the language and if you are thinking you are fooling people you are not!
One thing I found is most will mail at the time when the rest of the world does the same Christmas.. Thanksgiving and the New Year...and often times...their sphere doesn't hear from them until next year..and you want them to think … (20 comments)

I imagine that some managers, team leaders and trainers may already have this system in place.
I for one..will admit...I did not take action until yesterday.
Not a bad thing...I just didn't think about it..until we were in our sales meeting.
I went over information on the yahoo real estate white pages!
I compared the statistics with NAR technology habits of REALTORS and statistics of buyers and a sellers. 
They were at awe and many asked for their own copy of the yahoo white pages.
And it made me realize...

It's funny, I can talk with a group of associates from any company in any area and it never fails, some will have  something in common.  I don't know if it is lack of training or lack of plain common sense.  Professionals everyday are missing the big three and it could definitely cost you business.....

 Did you know according to NAR statistics 2005 44% of buyers and seller's come from our sphere of influence.  It makes sense to me to spend a portion of my marketing dollars on them.

It really amazes me how some associates neglect their sphere of influence.  We complain about rising marketing costs but we don't really pay attention to the facts.  Did you know according to NAR statistics 2005 44% of buyers and seller's come from our sphere of influence.  It makes sense to me to spend a portion of my marketing dollars on them.
 We expect the people we know to automatically refer business to us but do not take the time or energy to nurture these relationships.  I can bet you that if you picked the phone up today and wished them … (3 comments)
