Listing Router......Broken?? - 12/31/08 06:21 AM
HELP!! SOS!! 
I don't know what the deal is but I think my Listing Router "counter thingy" just might be broken. I keep tapping on the computer monitor to see if I can "unstick" it but nothing seems to work. 
Does anyone out there have any success stories or tips and tricks to take advantage of listing router. I know when it was first unveiled it was the talk of the town and now.....ya' just don't hear anything about it anymore and my listing router credit has been stuck on $17.13 forever....

Mortgage Backed Securities are like boxes of chocolates. Criminals on Wall Street stole a few chocolates from the boxes and replaced them with turds. Their criminal buddies at Standard & Poor rated these boxes AAA Investment Grade chocolates. These boxes were then sold all over the world to investors. Bad Economic news???...homes are still selling! - 12/08/08 11:00 AM
Even with the nationwide job loss numbers over 500,000 in November and the continuous onslaught of bad economic news Orange Park real estate is still changing hands.
There were 65 listings that went into Pending status (single family detached only) during the month of November 2008.
Cities including in the search of Orange Park included, Middleburg, Fleming Island and Green Cove Springs.
Asking prices of those properties thant went under contract range from as low as $26,900 over on Filmore Lane in Orange Park, to as high as $439,000, waterfront over on River Point in Green Cove Springs.
