Some really bad MLS photos - 02/06/09 10:04 AM
I couldn't pass this up. Everyday as part of my routine I look for expired properties in Jacksonville. Here's a home that expired yesterday...was listed by a real estate firm that professes to be the top company in the area.
This seemed to be priced okay. It's a 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath with 1808 square feet. But look at the photos that were attached to the MLS. I wonder if this had something to do with it NOT SELLING!
