So I had one of my sellers, owners of a nice Jacksonville condo request that we remove the lockbox from their home today. Not good! Buyers these days are scarce and we cannot take the chance of missing any showings.....a very good possibility if there is no lockbox. You know how it goes. The seller has every intention of making themselves available for showings but the minute an agent wants to set an appointment the sellers are out of town, out of reach or maybe even out of their minds.
