Demand for prime mortgages was up substantially in the first quarter of this year for the first time since early 2007, according to a Federal Reserve survey of loan officers released Monday. Oakleaf Plantation is where many home buyers are finding some of the best deals when it comes to Orange Park Real Estate. I remember a much hotter market, not long ago when prices were at $134 per square foot and climbing....builders couldn't build them fast enough and Realtors couldn't get the for sale sign in the yard fast enough.
