Okay so I have been slacking on blogging lately but not without good reason. Buyers seem to be coming out of the woodwork all of a sudden and I find myself out of the office regularly looking for and finding some really good buys. For instance, this waterfront home, short sale on the St Johns River in Orange Park. I actually listed and sold this back in 2005 for $770k and it needed a mountain of work.
