It's that time of year again when we all start wondering...why, why, why? Do we really need to run around our homes, offices and cars and move all of our clocks forward by ONE HOUR?

Luckily technology has eliminated some of the pain by automatically doing it for us, but wait...

what happens to the big clock on the wall? How many of us have forgotten to move it forward and then become late for that all important listing appointment? Not us! We like to think of the day before as a day to begin Spring Cleaning and the start of new beginnings!

We have been attempting to answerthis question with little luck. We know what a REO is (Real Estate Owned) but not a PPR (possible answers: Property preservation & Restoration or Property Portfolio Research). Any ideas? more
