The United Bank Bloomin' Wine Fest begins at 3:00 pm on Friday, April 27th at the Old Town Mall in Winchester, VA.  Fifteen vineyards will be participating this year.  There will also be food vendors throughout the both days.
The downtown walking mall will become the storefront for 30 artisans and vendors providing their creations.  If you're in the market for some one of kind jewelry, bags or pottery, this is the place to be.  There will also be local artists showing and selling their works on the Mall.
