There was great sadness in the Cooper house when Borders Books & Music closed in Winchester, VA. We're all veracious readers, and Borders was one of our favorites suppliers for our addiction. But, the Internet has come to our rescue and everyone continues to indulge in the addition. The Border's building sat empty since early 2011, but that's about to end. Two retailers have decided to split the space and open in Winchester. Five Below, is a retailer that caters to teenagers with low-cost items is taking up part of the space.
