I need to know if anyone out there knows a insurance company who helps or specializes in insuring properties with major defects.  I have a deal that is falling a part because we cannot find a home owner's policy that will cover a certain aspect of the home.

My seller has a home with a defect and successfully sued the builder so their is no recourse available.  But the buyer wants a policy that cover the defect.  I am not sure this is possible but I figured if anyone knows someone then it would have to be someone on activerain!

Please help!!!
