time management: Real Estate Business "What If Game" - Mike Ferry - 11/30/11 03:22 AM
Have you ever played the "what if game" in your business? By the "what if game", I'm referring to ... "what if" you actually did everything that I asked, what would happen to your business?

"What if" ... you did everything your Coach asked you to do, what would happen to your business?

"What if" ... you actually followed a strict schedule from now until December 20th of 2012, what would happen to your business?

time management: Mike Ferry's Thoughts on Independent Contractors ... An Asset or Liability? - 10/31/11 04:59 AM

It's a fresh day, a new week, a great time to start, so let's go get 'em ... effective immediately!
The best part of our business is we get to start over fresh and … (1 comments)

time management: Mike Ferry's Thought of the Week - March 7, 2011 - 03/07/11 05:24 AM
How strict is your schedule? How closely do you follow it? Do you even have a productive schedule? Is it a schedule that other people could follow and be productive with?
In looking back over the last 30 years of Speaking/Training/Coaching ... the universal problem for Real Estate people has never changed even an iota. That problem, of course, is the problem of Time Management.
Because we can pretty much do what we want when we want ... if we don't do anything, nobody knows and nobody cares. The only person that should feel real bad about having an unproductive day … (1 comments)
