Quad City Homes are not even close to what Las Vegas Homes are like. Most Quad City also Mid-West Homes are strong enough to handle many changes in the weather. For Example just below is a Quad City Home. This home has the standard composition roof, gutters and downspouts, sometype steel, aluminum, or vinyl siding, window shutters and a nice big yard full of green grass. On the other hand we have the Las Vegas Home The Las Vegas Home has a Tile Roof, Stucco Exterior, No Gutters/ Downspouts, and my favorite Desert Landscaping. The Quad City Area housing market is still strong even among all the problems with subprime loans. Hopefully the Federal Reserve will keep dropping the discount rate so we can work on qualifing more buyers. One reason why QCA housing stays strong is the ability of the members of the Quad City Area Realtor Association to stick together to move houses. Davenport IA real estate has a history of working around the seasons as well as the holidays. Davenport Iowa is located adjacent to Bettendorf, and across the Mississippi River to Moline and Rock Island Illinois. Our local Realtor association is the Quad Cities Association of Realtors. Their membership is somewhere under 1,000 strong. Davenport Real Estate has a moderate but consistant growth rate.
