Opening Day at the 2009 Freight House Farmers Market with your Quad Cities own Steve's Meat Shop cooking Butterfly Pork Chops, Ribeye Steaks, Bratwurst, Giant Hot Italians, and Hot Dogs. We brought the new truck out to Modern Woodmen Parks parking lot where the event is held. There are also a variety of flowering plants, fresh produce, meats, and crafts. Building a Privacy Fence in Blue Grass Iowa. I started early Saturday morning the 4th of April 2009. I was lucky to be able to use the old fences 4 by 4's. I connected the 2 by 4's in with 3" wood screws. I also used 6' Dog Earred style wood pieces. The Dog Earred pieces were installed with 1.5 inch wood screws. All pieces were installed as level as possible. We do our best to make Blue Grass, Iowa Properties a little better with each improvement.

The Quad Cities For Sale By Owners are an aggressive group of sellers. I will give them that. I admire their tenecious attitude for the chance to get ahead in life. But there is a reality in the whole idea of selling FSBO. If you analyze them as a group it doesn't seem that they sell for the highest and best price. I wonder if this is because the homes are just not priced correctly. You can surely go on websites such as the county assessor which are updated every other year. How many times have you heard from clients, " I can't get to some place on your website". I find this out alot on other websites that are not updated on a frequently. I believe that this is caused mostly by broken links. This makes it hard to allow a nice flow through your website and reflects poorly on the company. It is a good idea to check your links from time to time to see if all of them are working properly. Also spiders will demote the quality of the website for non working links. Reciprocal Links are the way to go!!! I believe that as long as you use real estate related websites then you will not be pegged as a link farm. I notice that a good portion of websites that are page 3 or higher have some kind of reciprocal links. Reciprocal linking is very easy to do.
