The NJRESN was a great networking session this past Wednesday. 130 in attendance and great audience participation allowed all to leave with a tremendous amount of information. Jon and Randy, thank you for the opportunity to keep spreading the work about the 203(k) program.
I encourage all Realtors to learn more about the 203(k) program. I am in Realtors offices every week getting sales associates up to speed on the program. It is a great selling tool. It is not difficult at all if you know the program and have the right professionals on board.
