Middle Tennessee real estate home closings and March 2011 Welcome to this look into the middle Tennessee real estate home closing update for March 2011. I just wanted to give you an update on how many homes sold in the Middle Tennessee area in March 2011 and how that compares to the rest of the year and also our compares to last year. the chart below shows graphically where we have been and where are headed. Own a piece of Greenhills history at 2005 Lombardy Avenue with a $50,000 price reduction This home located just off of Hillsboro Road in Nashville near the Malls at Green Hills was renovated for more than a year and it's just like walking into a new home. When you walk in today with the characteristic of in 1932. Nashville home. Imagine what it be like waking up in his home commuting into Nashville. The commute couldn't be any easier since at home is located just one block south of Interstate 440 whether you're headed up to music row over to Vanderbilt (0 comments)
February 2011 for middle Tennessee was a slow sales month in fact it was the slowest February in the last six February's. Focusing on just Williamson County the pending ratio dropped from around 7.5% to around 5%, indicating that March would also be a slow sales month. However real estate seems to be buzzing again Williamson County and we are eager to see March's sales numbers. What's up in Westhaven Real Estate February 2011 [gallery link="file" columns="2"] Westhaven a great community located due west of Franklin, Tennessee is experiencing some of its lowest real estate sales in the last 12 months. Pending ratio chart above shows that we've been on a decline for the last few months of pending properties as a ratio to active properties. Since the peak in January, The absorption rate, the rate at which buyers are buying homes on average of the last six months, has been on a decline as well.
