When you get busy it's a great checklist to keep in your folders to keep you on track. Allow me to hear your story. I’d like to hear why you think your house did not sell. Was there enough expertise? Was there enough interest? Was there enough energy and effort? While every house is unique, here are some ideas, purely my opinion, of why a house doesn’t sell. For ease of reading I’m going to break it up into five sections: price, location, condition, marketing, and access. Pricing Pricing properly isn’t the only thing, it’s everything.
