It looks like the fall market has begun a little early, with more listings coming on than going off at a pretty rapid clip. High end still troublesome, inner suburbs absorbing the buyers that would have purchased in the outer suburbs but now can purchase similar homes closer to Boston.

You’re probably hearing and reading a lot about the current real estate market. Yes, this summer has seen the buyers’ market continue and has not been a fantastic one for sellers. Towns such as Sudbury, however, are always desirable and still have many people buying houses here.
