Does this sound familiar to you? If so, I have recent experience and wanted to pass along some tips.
You've found the perfect home for your buyers (after showing them 20 homes in 6 towns), made an offer, negotiated the price and other terms for three days until the wee hours of the night, gotten acceptance and signatures, muddled through all the home inspections (lead paint, mold, radon, water quality, pests, and too many others to name), negotiated the home inspection issues, including getting vendor quotes for the big-ticket items, and then, just when you thought the deal was complete ... … (1 comments)

Allow me to hear your story. I’d like to hear why you think your house did not sell. Was there enough expertise? Was there enough interest? Was there enough energy and effort?
While every house is unique, here are some ideas, purely my opinion, of why a house doesn’t sell.
For ease of reading I’m going to break it up into five sections: price, location, condition, marketing, and access.
