We cruised through Wynston Ridge in Cary, NC, last Saturday morning to view the beautiful custom homes and the heavily wooded lots. The blue sky helped too. Wynston Ridge is a mature residential neighborhood on the Southeast side of Cary, NC. Wynston Ridge is located off Holly Springs Road, or accessed through Camden Forest. Camden Forest is a mature neighborhood of custom-built homes in Cary, NC. Camden Forest is accessed from the SE Cary Parkway, or through the adjoining neighborhood of Wynston Ridge. Sometimes getting the keys conveyed properly is a small hurdle. Folks sign all the paperwork, and expect to get the keys. Legally, they do not own the home in North Carolina until the deed is recorded. And that is the best time to hand over the keys, after recording of the deed. (14 comments)
