Bishop's Gate is a nearly complete new neighborhood off Southwest Cary Parkway in Cary, NC. Bishop's Gate is located between Giverny and Olde Salem. Access to the neighborhood is via West High Street from the Cary Parkway.
Raleigh and North Carolina State University are a 25 minute commute. The Research Triangle Park, "RTP," is about the same. Both commutes can vary during heavy drive-time traffic.
The neighborhood was developed in 2003 by Centex Homes. Approximately 175 modern Euro-inspired manor homes comprise Bishop's Gate, with home sizes ranging from 3300 to 5000 square feet.

Sumerlyn is a new subdivision being developed by national builder Centex Homes in Southeast Raleigh, NC. This location off Battle Bridge Road is in the middle of the surge in growth in the area, as the affordability of Southeast Raleigh land is attractive to builders.

Sumerlyn homes have sold from the $150,000's to $200,000, with living areas from 1930 up to 2970 square feet. Three or four bedrooms and 2.5 baths are common, as well as 2 car garages on suburban lots.

Grandale is a new community being built by national tract-builder Centex Homes on the south side of Durham, NC. The neighborhood is located off Grandale Road.

Homes in Grandale range from 2700 to 3500 square feet, with prices from $360,000 to $450,000. Typical amenities include 4 or 5 bedrooms, and 2.5 to 3.5 baths. Stone, brick and fiber cement siding, along with metal roof accents combine to present imposing facades. 2 car garages, natural gas heat, and gas log fireplaces are the rule.
