Searching for Condos in the Cary, NC area yields a variety of styles in the results.
Condominiums range from the $70,000 price point to over $300,000 in Cary, Apex, and Morrisville. That is a limited selection compared to Raleigh, where condos start lower but also may sell for several hundred thousand dollars. The urban environment of downtown Raleigh has encouraged luxury condo development in the last several years.
Condos can come in many configurations. Troon Village in Cary is a condo development where quad units of attached ranch-style homes comprise the community.

I don't know if either the audio or video is right, but at least tonight there actually are audio and video on at the same time in my Morrisville condo video! There is nothing like turning the mike on, I think.
Now if Realtor.com can just get the flapping of my lips in time with the syllables you hear, it will be priceless.
And SarahGray Lamm was right. My white shirt in that very white kitchen was more than enough white.

The distinction between condominiums and townhomes escapes a lot of folks. And many North Carolina agents, too. So I did a little Real Estate Show test from photos of buildings in Raleigh, Cary, and Apex, NC.
Play the real estate show below and on a piece of paper indicate whether each of the 15 structures in the photo is a condominium or townhome.
See, you can't really tell by looking at a building.
You MUST look at the legal description to determine whether you are looking at a condominium or a townhome.

89,376 seems to be the count for a several days now, at least since Casey Brischle wrote his piece.
Members on line has shown growth, but the member count is frozen at 89,376.
So... is it time for us to all go recruiting? To discover the next Babe Ruth of Blogging?
Or do the AR fellers just need to wind up the clock and get it ticking again?
