An much to my chagrin, place it on youtube. Oh well, we weren't really going all that crazy, and at least I won! Enjoy!
Real Estate Investing, Do YOU have what it takes? Critical Factors Part III.
Dear Reader,
Today, with some prompting, I will share another critical factor that helped me get started in Real Estate Investing. This factor will not only help you get started but will also be needed as you continue on your way to becoming successful in your endeavors. Having or stimulating this critical factor within yourself will help you become a Real Estate Investor.
This critical factor is your attitude, your patience, your self-control, your mind-set. I mentioned, in Critical Factors Part II, that "You may need to contain yourself until the time is right... You may tire or grow weary with frustration waiting and wanting.". And to contend with these feelings you'll need the right attitude, patience, the ability to control yourself, and a mind-set that enables you to handle these feelings and to not call it quits. Real Estate Investing, as with other things that are worthwhile, requires the right attitude to help you keep yourself motivated, patience to help you through those moments of doubt, self-control to help stop you from possibly making the wrong move at the wrong time, and the mind-set to know and understand that you are doing the right thing.
Adjust your attitude, resolve to be patient, gain control of self, and strengthen your mind, you'll soon be taking the ride of your life. Stay sharp, stay calm, stay in control, get into the right frame of mind, and come back next time to see what else you'll need.
I hope that my writings provide you with a little knowledge and inspiration. So, until next time, Happy Blogging, Happy Investing, and Happy Day.
Real Estate Investing, Do YOU have what it takes? Need I say more?
Dear Reader,
Today, I'm a little disappointed with the turn out on my "Real Estate Investing, Do YOU have what it takes?" posting series. It looks like the posts are getting some views, 60 - 70, but not stimulating many comments. Are they too short and to the point? Are they just not interesting? Does my writing suck? Should I continue? Let me know what you think. Please!
There are many other critical factors that helped me get started in Real Estate Investing that I'd love to share, but I'm just not sure if I should continue. Let me know, please!
I am hoping that my writings will provide knowledge and inspiration. So, until next time, Happy Blogging, Happy Selling, and Happy Day.
Real Estate Investing, Do YOU have what it takes? Critical Factors Part II.
Dear Reader,
Today I will share another critical factor that helped me get started in Real Estate Investing. This factor will not only help you get started but will also be needed as you continue on your way to becoming successful in your endeavors. Having or stimulating this critical factor within yourself will help you become a Real Estate Investor.
This critical factor is your persistence, your perseverance, your tenacity, your stick-to-it-ive-ness. Is Real Estate Investing something that you are willing, but more importantly able, to stay with? Once you begin to pursue Real Estate Investing, it may be some time before your opportunity arises. You may need to contain yourself until the time is right and yet continue on until such a time arrives. You may tire or grow weary with frustration waiting and wanting. It will in all likelihood take quite some time to sow what you hope to some day reap. Don't give up. Never give in. You will need to persist, to have dogged perseverance, to have resolute tenacity, to be the ultimate in stick-to-it-ive-ness. Walk down the road of your future, crawl if necessary. Keep your head up and your eyes on that distant crossroad. Be resolute in staying the course and you will get there.
Although, your persistence, your perseverance, your tenacity, your stick-to-it-ive-ness may waver from time to time. Being the type of person who can see things through to the end will go a long way towards getting you to the point in the road that today may be years away. So, if you think you're up to the challenge, come back next time to see what else you'll need.
I hope that my writings provide you with a little knowledge and inspiration. So, until next time, Happy Blogging, Happy Selling, and Happy Day.
A couple of posts ago I mentioned that I'll be posting a piece about How I became a Real Estate Investor, and I will. It's still a work in progress. Until then, I'm going to share some critical factors that helped me get started in Real Estate Investing. Having or stimulating these critical factors within yourself will help you become a Real Estate Investor.
One of the most critical factors to becoming a Real Estate Investor is your interest, your passion, your desire. Is Real Estate Investing something that you have interest in, passion for, and a desire to do? If not, you're doomed to fail. Think about it. It's usually quite difficult to do something that you don't really want to do. Isn't it much easier to do just about anything that you get excited about? Of course it is.
Although, your interest, passion, and desire will not magically turn you into a Real Estate Investor. It will go a long way towards making that possible. So, if you think you're up to the challenge, come back next time to see what else you'll need.
I hope that my writings provide you with a little knowledge and inspiration. So, until next time, Happy Blogging, Happy Selling, and Happy Day.
My name is Michael L. Miller, also known as Mike Miller, and I am, among many other things, a Real Estate Investor. And that's what I'll be posting a blog about in the very near future . You see, today I started writing a piece about how I made my start in Real Estate Investing and became a real estate investor. And after an hour or so I realized that it's going to take more time that I had anticipated to get this piece together. So, stay tuned, and in the not too distant future I'll be blogging a post about how I became a real estate investor and how you can too.
I hope that this future writing will provide you with a little knowledge and inspiration. So, until then, Happy Day, Happy Blogging, and Happy Selling.
