Top agent shines by using shady practices.....so I fought back. - 06/21/10 11:04 AM

While representing some buyers, I recently submitted an offer to purchase an REO home. I later found out that I didn't even have a chance of competing for the deal. The listing agent changed the rules for submitting the offer AFTER it was already submitted and that's just the beginning. I then filed a complaint with the State of Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the name of the agent has been omitted pending the outcome of the investigation.
COMPLAINT
