Have you ever wanted to send a text message but didn't want to take the time to punch the keys over and over on your keypad to type it out? 
Well today I found out how easy it is to send a text message by using email.  All you need to know is the persons 10 digit cell phone number and their carrier's email address (@vtext.com).
If the recipient is a Verzion Wireless customer, in the To Field, enter his or her 10 digit-phone number followed by @vtext.com.  For example, enter 7935551234@vtext.com. If the recipient is a Nextel customer, in the To Field … (2 comments)

Does anyone have one of the original versions of Prep Presentations software.  I believe the version I am looking for is 3.0.  This version has the "Real Estate Advisor" articles and a FSBO/Expired presentation booklet.  For some unknown reason I threw away my old disks and now I have a need for this data.

Things to Consider When Selling:  Books have been written about this topic but to be concise, a successful sale depends on six factors: Price; Terms; Location; The Home's Condition; The Home's Accessibility and the Marketing exposure the house receives.
Price:   Is what a willing seller and a willing buyer agree on.  Price is determined by the current market, which fluctuates causing home values and prices to fluctuate.  Often a home that does not sell is one that is over-priced for the current market. 
Terms:  Can vary as well.  Some owners want payment in full, some are willing to carry a second.

Ok fellow Realtors please give me your input on which one you prefer.  I am leaning towards the Treo 755 because it will replace my lockbox key.
Any problems opening lockboxes?
Will it syn with Top Producer 8i database?
Will it work with CVR MLS?

Petersburg Virginia Gets a New Golf Course - Dogwood Trace - 06/11/08 09:49 PM

The City of Petersburg has completed a major renovation of its municipal golf course, Dogwood Trace, formally known as Lee Park.  The course opened on schedule in April of 2008.  The new layout is an 18-hole par 72 championship course which features 5 par fives, 8 par fours, and 5 par three's.  Other amenities include a putting green, driving range and short game practice area.  The course has 4 sets of tee's ranging from 4,874 to 6,707 that incorporates water hazards, bunkers and the natural terrain.
