So we are now 34 days into 2011, and I was wondering how everyone is doing on their new year's resolutions?  I know I'm still trying to keep mine, but when you work all the time, it can be really tough!  Maybe mine should have been to relax more.  Who's with me on that one??

Short sales are easy?!? - 02/02/11 10:59 AM
My son is an active memeber of my real estate team these days.  He decided last year that he was going to take the reins of the short sales that came into our team and handle them.  He even actively started trying to maket short sale sellers in Bear, Delaware.  He loves short sales is the bottom line.  It doesn't make sense to me.  I know that almost every short sale that comes in can be quite a headache!  I asked him why he has chosen to work with short sale listings in particular and his response was. My teammate Susie saw this poem and sent it to me, so I wanted to share with all of you!
Whenever I walk to Suffern along the Erie track,
I go by the poor old farmhouse with its shingles broken and black.
