A Realtor was showing a property, the showing instructions included the message "Don't let the Dog out!!"
He takes his clients through the home for sale and while in the kitchen his prospect's 10 year old opens the sliding door to the yard and the dog bolts out. He calls the dog but the dog just runs around ignoring him.
He walks his clients out to their car and they leave him to figure it all out. When he enters the back yard he notices two things. The dog running around in circles shaking a white fluffy rabbit in it’s mouth … (8 comments)
