Conforming Jumbo Loans?  
Hang on Kid.  We're almost there!
Late yesterday, the OFHEO (Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight) did their thing, bumping up the conforming limits for Fannie and Freddie.

One more piece of the proverbial financing puzzle just fell into place.
HUD released the FHA limits (at least for California).

The max amount is now $729,750 for 14 California counties. 
Those counties are...
