Property Tax Calender - Important Property Tax Dates
The following is an annual calender with some important property tax information and deadlines. This information may change, so please check with your local office, or with your accountant for the latest information. I just thought I will post these as I just my property tax bill few days ago.
January 1: Tax Assessment Date
February 1: 2nd Installment Due.
February 10: Last day to file Homeowner's, Veteran's and Senior Citizen's Exemption 100%
March 1: Taxes on Unsecured Roll
April 10: 2nd Tax Installment Delinquent after 5pm:(add 10%penalty plus and additional fee set … (2 comments)

I was at a car wash today,(Free Car wash!) and I happened to bump into old Realtor friends. By old I mean I have known the nice Realtor couple for a long time and they are old, not that it makes any difference.
So I asked them How's Biz? (my usual opening line!). I have heard: It's Ok, it great, or it sucks!  But he responded it is Dizzying!!  I have not heard that kind of repsonse ever. So I was prospecting to find sellers who owned rentals in the Anaheim and Anaheim Hills. I was calling on them to see if they wanted to sell their rental properties or if they had thought about more properties since the home prices are low and the interest rates are at historic lows!
