Last week I read a timely post by the wonderful Deb Hurt on her “One Percent Solution,”I read the post and even though Deb never quite called us out, I took her thoughts as a challenge. And I took the challenge. After all, I won’t even notice one percent on my end while it can make a big difference to someone on the other end. In the last month Amador County has had 61 new listings and 20 listings have sold.
