Strangely the average asking price of $526,456 stayed the same as well as the average number of days on market; 250. As of today, Ione CA. has 70 current active residential listings of homes for sale up from May first’s 63 listings, with an average asking price of $277,427 up from $269,558. The average number of days on market for these house is down from 169 days on May first to today’s 152. Looking at today, June 1, 2009, Amador County has 467 current active residential listings of homes for sale, up from 440 on the first of May. These listings have an average asking price of $ 366,059 up about three thousand dollars from $363,674 on May 1st. The average number of days on market for these listings is 222 days, only up 1 day from May first’s average. In the last month Amador County has had 76 new listings and 26 listings have sold.
