This weekend is the annual Holland Days celebration in Lynden, WA. Nowhere will you find a cleaner or more wholesome place to raise a family, retire or just plain live! Lynden is 3 miles from the Canadian Border and 11 miles North of Bellingham Washington. Seattle is 100 miles South and Vancouver B.C. Is approximately 50 miles Northwest. The surrounding area is primarily farming and small residential acreages. We have the largest powdered milk plant in the world which serves our numerous dairy farms and Whatcom County grows the majority of Red Raspberries in the USA. Of course outdoor sports such as hiking, bicycling, fishing, horseback riding, motorcycling, boating, beachwalking and coffee drinking are prime activities.
