As a small business owner I have a good understanding of what the phrase, "the buck stops here" means. I owned a small chain of swimming pool supply stores here in the Central Valley. I ran my business with the help of numerous employees. I am not a stranger to seven-day workweeks and 12-hour workdays.

In the years of being self- employed I was fortunate to have learned A/R, A/P, State/Federal tax withholdings/Sales/Marketing/Labor Time Management and all other aspects of being a business owner.

I earned my real estate lic. in 2001. Immediately went to work for Premier Valley Corp. In my years with Premier Valley I have maintained multi million-dollar producer status. My area of expertise has always been non-owner occupied property.

I am currently managing REO property in the area for local, national and international financial institutions. I have an excellent understanding of the paperwork and speed needed to expedite the disposition of investor held assets in today's real estate market. In addition to REO management, I also find the time to perform approx. 25-30 property inspections per week. The inspections are a must in our regions, fast changing, real estate market. The field work keeps me in tune and sharp to today's always changing real estate values. By personally visiting 25-30 properties per week I am able to accurately advise asset managers on the assets "mark to market" value and physical condition of their client's holding.
