One of the things that is so interesting to me in our profession is how dynamic it is. Things can change by the minute. Deals are on one minute, then they are off. Sellers want to sell ...then they don't. Buyers want to buy , then decide to wait. Financing is going along smoothly then a glitch appears that no one expected. Finance rules are changing quickly. The forms, the contracts, and the rules are constantly changing. So there is one lesson we can really take to heart right now in these dynamic times. Don't Ever Assume Anything. All you have to do to know that this little central Texas county has something going on is to take a drive from one end of Robertson county to the next. Fluorescent surveyor ribbons are tied up and down the highways and FM roads. Take a look at the skyline at night and you will see the lighted drill derricks everywhere. Go to the county clerk's office in Franklin..or just go to Franklin and you will see a little town changing overnight.
