How do you start your day?  This can make all the difference in the world in how your day goes.  Do you set yourself up for success or do your fizzle by mid-morning?  Not everyone needs the same amount  or even the same type of food.  Do the "Morning Experiement"  for one week. Eat something different each day and record how you feel one hour after you eat and then three hours after your eat.  Did you make it to lunch with flying colors or did you limp there?  This will really help you to find out what your body needs … (8 comments)
