1 Pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix 16 oz (Chicken) 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces  1 Bag Frozen broccoli floret thawed and drained 14 oz 1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup 10 oz 1/2 Cup milk 1 1/2 Cups Kraft shredded cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Prepare stuffing mix as directed and set aside. Mix chicken and broccoli in 13x9 baking dish and stir in soup, milk and cheese.  Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked. Serves 5

2 Tubs Crystal Light Lemonade Drink Mix  3 Quarts Club Soda chilled 1 Can Limeade concentrate frozen Raspberry Sherbet DIRECTIONS:

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 Cup Margarine or Butter 1/3 Cup Firmly packed Brown Sugar 3 Tblsp lemon juice 1 1/2 lbs fish steaks or fillets DIRECTIONS:
In saucepan combine margarine, sugar & lemon juice.  Cook until margarine melts and ingredients are well blended. Stir frequently. Arrange fish on lightly greased broiler pan and brush with glaze. Broil 6 inches from heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with fork.  Brush occasionally with glaze. Salt & Pepper to taste. May marinate fish prior to broiling in glaze for 1 hour.

1 Box Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Ranch & Bacon Mix 1 Cup Mayonnaise 2 Tsp grated lemon peel 2 Tblsp lemon juice 2 Cups cubed cooked chicken 1 1/2 Cups snow pea pods, strings removed cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 Cup sliced almonds DIRECTIONS:
Empty pasta mix into 3 quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water.  Boil uncovered 12 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain pasta rinse with water.  Shake to drain well. In large bowl mix seasoning mix, mayonnaise, lemon peel and lemon juice.  Stir in chicken, pea pods and almonds. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Serves 4
