This is a great post from Tish Lloyd about how important it is to have a sign in front of your property when you are placing it for sale. You can really do yourself a disservice by trying to hide the fact that you are selling the property when by placing it for sale the main thing you are trying to do is put it in front of the public.

In reading a post today from Randy Ostrander it got me to thinking about people and their pets. In all the years I have been in Real Estate pets have really never presented a major problem. However in the past year my clients and I have been chased, jumped on and frightened by more dogs than in the last 7 years. Do more people have more pets? Are they more careless?
