Last week my clients and I had a closing that was a long time coming.  You name it, it happened during this process.  When their mortgage commitment finally came through and we were waiting on that precious closing date we were hit by a hurricane, nor'easter snowstorm and earthquake all in a week and a half.

Last month I closed on a house for my sellers, who were also friends, who were going to be moving out of state.  Luckily the house was only on the market a very short time as they had done all the right things:
