The Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) reports the top ten per cent bracket among closed home sales in the Twin Cities metro area for the last six months to be $450,000 and up. In other words, a closed sale in excess of $450,000 ranks among the top ten per cent of residential closed sales in our market for the past six months.
