Homes Don’t Always Sell Fast - 09/06/11 03:26 PM
Here's an excellent post by my friend Randy Prothero in Hawaii (a fellow island real estate broker).  Randy's advice regarding why some homes take longer to sell is appropriate and valuable anywhere, regardless of location.  And I couldn't have said it better myself, when Randy writes "If the home is not selling after being for sale for a long period of time, the market has rejected your home at that price".
