Pacita Dimacali has contributed an excellent post on the topic of diversity and multiculturalism in the practice of real estate. This is a subject which is too often shrugged off as "politically correct" or "just another fair housing pitch". Pacita does a commendable job of explaining the value of diversity and the fact that attention to diversity issues is good business practice. Today (my first full day in Anaheim for NAR Convention), we had our Instructor Re-certification sessions for both the "At Home With Diversity" course and for other REBAC courses.
