Dont' be fooled. This property is still available. I know it looks confusing because another Realtor's information comes up if you conduct a search on the internet and enter "1347 Monterey, Richmond,CA ". However, this Realtor is no longer representing the Sellers. The price for this home is $ 400,000 and not $ 439,000 as he has on his listing (which is expired). The banks are knocking on our doors and time is running out. Stop by to view this property and make us an offer. Make this diamond in the rough you next home to cherish for years to come. "Are you using "Car Magnets" for Advertising?" - 08/21/07 01:59 PM

This website has mini vacations for just under $ 250.00. What if your buyers & sellers have put everything they have into this transaction and they just need to get away from everything and everyone for a couple (1 comments)
Short Sale - Richmond Annex perfect for the Investor/Handy person - 08/16/07 03:02 PM
Hi, I'm new in the area and I'm also new at blogging. I just attended a class last week which was sponsored by Financial Title Company. The gentleman who gave the presentation was great. Martha Stover at Financial Title suggested I attend the meeting and I was definitely surprised that a lender would be conducting the meeting. When I went in, I had my doubts but as the class started to evolve my (1 comments)
