For those of us who have been holding out in the tough real estate market I guess the answer to that questions would be that the market is better today than it was yesterday. This is not to say that the market has rebounded completely or we are on a stable market, the fact is that the market is still fairly unstable and prices are all over the place and a ton of buyers are still on the fence trying to time the market. Why has my porperty been on the market so long? Have you had anyone look at the property? How many of you have heard these questions? Naturally we; as most other brokers and associates, wanted desperately to satisfy our landlords and absentee owners with a quick rental of their investment propery by a qualified tenant. Upon hearing these common questions we immediately would question our advertisement tactics... are we advertising the property enough are we advertising the property in the correct media?
