Builder Quality -- How I Hate Those Words - 07/20/08 12:54 PM

As a homeowner, I grit my teeth whenever I hear or read those dreaded words: "builder quality". *argh* Perhaps I'm a bit too meticulous. Maybe my expectations are too high. But "builder quality" seems to be increasingly used as a shorthand explanation or excuse for mediocrity...
"Builder quality" implies:
