You can't disclose what you don't know. If you test, remediation is optional. If you test, you must disclose. I personally believe that we'd be better off with continuous monitoring radon detectors installed in every home, much like how CO detectors are mandatory in most dwellings under local building … (5 comments)

In stark contrast to the U.S., radon awareness in Canada is quite low.  It is mentioned, from time to time, but it doesn't garner a lot of interest.  Is radon downplayed because it occurs naturally and in effect, is everywhere?

In the midst of tax season, with spring cleaning around the corner,  are you calculating the capital depreciation (or cost allowance) on your office equipment and/or contemplating an upgrade?  Please be on the lookout for recycling fairs where you can drop off your used/obsolete equipment.  Oftentimes these events are free.
