Roger has the right idea with this post-So many times we get so caught up in everything that we do we forget who gave his life for us. Merry CHRISTmas is what it is REALLY all about. BAH humbug to the folks that tell you you are supposed to say Happy Holidays NOT Merry Christmas, Last time I checked I still have the freedom of speech and I am NOT afraid to wish YOU a Merry CHRISTmas< Thank YOU Roger for sharing this

  Many years ago I read a book entitled "The Secret of Living is Giving" which mirrors a quote I have heard many times over the years and that is "If you help enough people get what they want then you will get everything you want" Another one is happiness is the one thing you can get more of by giving it away. We all have an inner light inside of us. God gave it to us but for some they snuffed their inner light out or let life snuff it out. In this season of giving it can be stressful … (24 comments)

Lou always has great quotes and this one is no exception. When you stretch yourself continually you are like a rubber band and never go back to your original comfort level. There is another saying that I have heard that fits right along with Lou's quote
"It is better to aim high and miss than aim low and make it."
