Marketing using QR codes
QR codes are the latest and greatest marketing tool for real estate agents. Have you started to notice them on for sale signs, business cards, housing magazines, etc? I have started receiving the emails promoting the QR code services and they can be confusing at first.
It is amazing to me that you can take a photo with your smart phone of a little white square with random black markings and with a proper app gleam detailed information. Are we finally saying good-bye to pricey color property fliers that ruin in the rain?

Buy Low Sell High
I know you are all familiar with this basic economic principle. The school districts in the Dallas/Ft Worth area still require an economics class before graduation. So even at the high school level, the premise that it is best to buy while the cost of goods is low and to sell or liquidate when the cost is high is studied.
So my point is....WHY are more of us not scooping up residential real estate? Interest Rates and housing prices are LOW and consumer confidence that residential real estate is still one of the best investments remains HIGH. … (1 comments)

This is a question that as real estate professionals, we need to be able to answer. Not only do we need to be able to answer the question, we need to be a loud voice in the community. If real estate professionals are not addressing the concern, the public will take the information being broadcast in the media.
