A few days ago I wrote on post on the Pre-Listing Questionnaire, I send out BEFORE I meet with clients, to determine their motivation for selling, their financial situation or their ability to sell. I mentioned how this helps me be prepared before I show up for the listing appointment. The other items I include in the email is my Marketing Plan.
