Noting very poignant to contribute  but ... It is a big world out there with big challenges and big rewards.  This is a scary time in our industry, but a necessary evil.  As in everything else, things are just resetting to where they should be. Gone are the days of the quick buck with refi shops on every corner.  Those of us who got into the industry for the right reasons, should be rejoicing.  After all the dust settles, what will be left is a better crop of LOs, with integrity and honesty as the cornerstones of our business.  To that I say ... YIPPEE!
